Emergency Signage · Argentina

When the alarm sounds,
every second counts

Most residential buildings in Argentina lack up-to-date, correctly positioned emergency signage. We design, manufacture and install evacuation and safety signage systems that comply with current regulations — including photoluminescent floor evacuation plans and basic training for building supervisors.

Regulatory Compliance

A complete signage service,
from design to installation

We handle every stage of the process so that your building meets regulatory requirements and residents can navigate safely in any emergency.

Technical Design

We assess each floor layout and produce technically accurate signage placement plans. Every sign position is calculated to maximize visibility and comply with IRAM and fire safety standards.

In-House Fabrication

Signs are produced using photoluminescent materials that absorb ambient light and remain visible for hours in total darkness — no power supply required. Durable, weather-resistant substrates for long service life.

Professional Installation

Our team installs all signage at the correct height, angle and location as specified in the technical plan. We document the installation for your building's compliance records.

Per-Floor Evacuation Plans

Printed on photoluminescent material and mounted at each floor's main exit point. Plans show evacuation routes, fire extinguisher locations, emergency contacts and assembly points.

Supervisor Training

A practical briefing for the building's designated supervisor covering how to use the signage system, evacuation procedures, fire extinguisher operation and communication protocols.

Documentation & Compliance

We provide a complete technical dossier including installation records, material specifications and a compliance checklist aligned with Argentine fire safety regulations.

How we work with your building

A structured four-step process that minimises disruption to residents while delivering a complete, compliant signage system.

We produce a detailed signage layout plan for each floor, specifying sign types, dimensions, mounting positions and materials.

03

Fabrication

All signs and evacuation plans are fabricated in our workshop using certified photoluminescent materials and durable substrates.

04

Installation & Handover

Professional installation at every designated point, followed by supervisor training and delivery of the full compliance dossier.

Why photoluminescent material matters

In a fire, power typically fails within the first minutes. Conventional illuminated signs go dark. Photoluminescent signs absorb ambient light during normal operation and continue emitting visible light for several hours after power loss — precisely when they are most needed.

We use materials that meet the photoluminance performance requirements referenced in Argentine fire safety regulations, ensuring that signs remain legible in smoke-affected, low-visibility conditions.

No electrical connection required — functions passively
Remains visible for hours after ambient light is removed
Resistant to humidity, cleaning products and UV exposure
Long service life reduces replacement frequency

Argentine fire safety regulations and what they require

Argentine building fire safety is governed by Law 19.587 on Occupational Health and Safety, Decree 351/79, and the specific provisions of each provincial fire authority. Residential buildings are subject to mandatory signage requirements that many properties do not currently meet.
